See all FAQsWill my phone photo be sharp enough?
Almost always. A modern phone file prints beautifully up to 60×40cm on canvas and A2 on paper. Upload it on any product page and our checker tells you the largest sharp size instantly — sizes that would print soft are greyed out, so you can never buy a blurry print by accident.
Can I see it before I pay?
Yes. The preview on the product page is the exact crop we print, including the edge wrap on canvas. Nothing reaches the printer until you check out — and after that a technician still looks at your file by eye.
How quickly will it arrive?
Printed, checked and dispatched from our own lab within 48 hours, then 1–2 working days on tracked delivery. Every product page shows a real "order by 4pm for delivery by [date]" line before you add to basket.
What if I am not happy with it?
Send us one photo of the problem within 100 days and we reprint free — you keep the original, and there is nothing to post back. If you would rather have your money back, we refund in full including delivery.
