What resolution does my photo need to be?
Almost always whatever your phone already produces. A modern phone file prints beautifully at the sizes on this page, and our checker flags anything that would print soft before you pay — so you cannot buy a blurry print by accident.
Can I see it before I pay?
Yes. The preview on the personalise step is the exact crop we print, including the edge wrap on canvas. Nothing reaches the printer until you check out, and after that a technician still looks at your file by eye.
How long will it take?
Printed, checked and dispatched within 48 hours, then 1–2 working days on tracked delivery. You will see the delivery estimate for your address at checkout before you pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — nothing prints the moment you pay, so changing your mind costs nothing. Contact us before your order goes to print and we will amend or cancel it in full.
